It takes a bit of careful scrutiny with the spectroscope I constructed but in the future a better version will be constructed but hey for under $5 I'll put in the effort.

Phosphorus for forming amino acids which make up Critical proteins in chromosomal makeup. 

Sulphur for  DNA replication/ growth

Basically two types of factors that impact this research are Environmental and Internal Factors.

Environmental factors include

Vessel TEMP in C

Vessel weight in grams

These are outside variables that must be diligently monitored else they will definitely affect internal factors.

Internal Factors include

Yeast TEMP in C

Brix % of available sugar

SG specific gravity

pH measures acidity or alkalinity. 

-microscopic analysis of cells

-spectroscopic analysis to verify presence of key elements.

Our yeast is doing awesome the amylose addition last session really helped!
