So now Project Janus comes to a fruitful end as I have disposed of the sample and am preparing the next phase of our operation which will be validation of the parameters of the original experiment so that it can be determined whether our results could or should be considered valid. 

Tomorrow the new project begins Project Lazarus.

Here are the final microscopic specimens from RL7-JANUS 

Genetic deformity levels visually increasing

Buddling yeast cells don't appear to have these abnormalities indicating the process has been successful.

Large cell in upper right appears to be joined with smaller cells in a chain by hyphae indicating the initial stages of multicellularity.

Many singular cells still exist interestingly in the same medium
