Sugar levels rising and falling steadily between 15-16% for several days now

While at first I had some concerns I was eventually able to deduce that the previously unresolved sugars that settled to the bottom of our container are being stirred up from the yeast activity within the vessel. The larger portions of pulp have yeast attached to them and as CO2 is released they appear to rise and fall carrying the aforementioned sugar from the bottom of the jar to the top. 

Our pH level , temperature, and microscope samples indicate our sample is in good condition todays sample will reveal the progress currently where tomorrows will reveal the effect of the NGBD transmission:
