Success! The Yeast has begun to multiply and reproduce . The new DNA introduction was perfectly timed in the process to ensure recombination.
The activity in the sample jar is not proof enough but is a great indicator that the yeast are propagating at the top of our solution .Performed the cursory tests with intetesting results RL5 temp is up to 25 degrees today despite it being cooler in the house (about 21 degrees C) THE thermal Activity would seem to indicate heavy movement by the cells.
pH was 4.8
After adding 4 tablespoons of sugar Brix was 16% same as yesterday. Tomorrow's sugar analysis will be performed before this to ascertain the Yeasts consumption.
The Darker cells are larger and are much more mature than the one appearing just right of centre.
