The Yeast Shall Run Red

Today I managed to extricate the remnants of the Kahm yeast from Genny.

There was about an 80% volume of our dominant S. CERVIASES species in contrast to the 20% KAHM ? Why?

1 reason :adaptability. If our present species devours and overcomes the Kahm yeast it will be stronger and more resilient to the effects of that species.

Tonight's analysis was performed after the addition of 1 Tbspb granulated sugar to Benjamin and Genny respectively.

Benjamin proved to be a bit cooler with an internal temperature of 24.2 C . Acidity and Specific Gravity were the same even with the addition of the sugar.

Bion cluster - could it be that Bion also appear at a place of new life and not just precursors to decay ?

Deformed cell probably resulting from radiation 

Finally a solution of 55mL of 70% pure fructose sugar/65mL of tap water (water contains 250 ppm calcium) stained sample red.

Genny

Genny was much the same with the exception of holding more heat at 25.9 Degrees  C.
