BION-innoculated yeast culture Lab -Day2
WHAT ARE WE UP TO WITH THIS LAB?
well simply put a lot
But actually there are 3 specific goals or objectives in mind:
1. Produce snowflake yeast within 90 days
2.study the effects on growth of decompositional organisms in the presence of an introduced Bion species
3.study the effects if any of Radiorgonomic Broadcast on a living sample
here's our sample the deets are in the first blog post from Day 1
So each Day a specific series of measurements takes place these help determine the overall health and development of the yeast culture who shall be called "Benjamin" after the band Breaking Benjamin primarily because I'm old and I have every intention of keeping up this Diary of Jane.
So our Brix % (simplify and call this available sugar is the same along with SG or Specific gravity)
10% Brix
1.040 SG
pH is 4.8
Temperature is 26.7 degrees which from our first post you'll recall is actually within the perfect range.
Now onto our microscopic samples --
The emergence of unicellular life
Above: almost dead centre-- a cell splitting off or budding
Some good signs we performed this examination at less magnification because we'd like to wait before performing an in depth exam.
We then activated the NGBD protocol to perform a Radiorgonomic Broadcast to enhance the yeast.
Here's the device:
Yeast culture in situ
GE uhf/vhf amplifier

Audio spectrographic sample of broadcast
Radiation level of the core
Tomorrow we will perform our cursory examination: it has worked in lesser versions of this device and microbiological protocol this time will be very significant
